The countries that this will affect are: France(VTM Integration), Norway, Netherlands, Lanfang, and many Canadian Countries (Quebec (Lower Canada), Ontario (Upper Canada), New Brunswick)

And to a lesser extent for countries with (almost) powerful PB and (may not) have voting yet: Denmark, Lahej, Pontianak, Sambas, Jambi, Sweden, Belgium, Portugal, Switzerland, Greece, Many South American Countries (Argentina, Bolivia, North Peru, Brazil, Uruguay), and Kaurna

With IPB, the countries that is close to being affected includes: USA, Bremen, Lucca, Oman, Nova Scotia, South Australia
