@Gust It's not a bug, just the clunky way their custom diet (or lack thereof) is implemented.

Maybe some compatibility issues with other mods? I don't know
All this patch does is add FU effects for the Silent Shadow race, I don't know if this could be related to the FU diet I added, but I tested the mod without this patch and had the same problem as you described.
I'm not sure if this problem is due to my patch, but I'm noticing that the race has its own food mechanics, as well as resistance and immunity.
