Or APISASCIPSA for short
This is an entirely optional addon for the APIS SCI tech tree which adds cutenium and avali halo weapons content to the tech tree, using the new and mysterious Research Drive Rho. Through these new research nodes, you can learn to craft avali items as any race, although you will need an avali friend to make an Avali ID to use to initiate the process.
1.2 adds more flexible Avikan and Alliance tech recipes. By more flexible, I mean versions of Allosteel and Kavinite that, while roughly equal in material cost, use bars instead of ores, allowing players using both vanilla/modded content and ERM content to fluidly transfer assets, as well as allow ERM (Specifically, Avikan and Aegi) players to take full advantage of the APISASCI pack's advanced ore processing.
If you're not into that kind of thing, maybe this is a good mod to use as a template for how to make your own research tree...? I'll leave some documentation in the files just for you! Ask someone smarter than me about how to unpack it.

Liquid Cutenium is toxic, but gives you a slight energy regen boost and lowers your gravity. It creates pure poison on contact with water.
