PrePass - Oklahoma

This mod replaces the generic PrePass label with one that would be issued by the Oklahoma State Department of Transportation.

This one is based on one of the andrei383 originals that I found on the SCS Software Forums. I've kept the QR-like code at the bottom that the SCS Software original PrePass label had and added the appropriate DOT information to it.

Usage: Put it into your mod folder and make sure it is enabled.

This one and all of the others have been updated for 1.50.
The Nebraska PrePass label is also live now.

As Oklahoma, Texas, Kanss & other states allow you to use your home state pikepass in other states, how about making a universal pass using you chosen states pass???

I'm sorry for taking so long to get this made and uploaded.
I've been distracted by real life, other projects that I've been working on, and playing games.
