Terraria Dynamite

Adds suspiciously familiar dynamite to the game.. peepoGiggles

Mod includes:

- 2 types of dynamite (regular and sticky)
- Craft recipes (on the 2nd level anvil, at least)
- Dynamite sale in Ursa Miner and at Frog Merchant
- Ability to find dynamite in mines, dungeons and treasures

Unlike a bomb, dynamite has a larger explosion radius, destroys both the front and rear blocks, and also drops them. Also, the prices of dynamite and other goods in the Bear Mine have been halved!
