A copy of my other mod by the same name

This version doesn't include the dependency for OreoPlate.
For those of whom don't want to be required to install a mod that changes armour crafting dynamics just so their large backpack isn't instantly spawning into existence and costing the same as a small backpack.

@Jill of course, I understand that most backpack mods don't have crafting times/ingredients due to how the default FCS is (you can edit the modding files to make what I did possible) so I wanted it to be easily accessible for anyone to use or edit.
