OreoPacks - Backpack Crafting (But they aren't instant)

What did you say?? The backpacks have proper ingredients and crafting times????
Yes.

Backpack crafting is first unlocked with the "Backpacks" research.
This requires "clothing manufacture."
Backpack blueprints can generally be found where you'd find the backpacks themselves.
Shopkeeper and Traders backpack blueprints can be found at black scratch.

Do note:
This changes some backpack stats, though nothing too major.
Here are the changes:
Trader's Backpack Large
Value 4,500 ==> 6,500

Trader's Backpack Medium
Value 2500 ==> 3000

Trader's Wooden Backpack
Combat skill bonus -5 ==> -7
encumbrance effect 0.5 ==> 0.45
storage size width 8 ==> 10
value 800 ==> 2000

I plan on making additional patches for modded backpack mods and will link to them here as I complete them.

Production time is x2 the weight.
Weight >2 is treated as having a production time of 3.
Expensive versions of existing types have their production time multiplied by 3 based off the normal version's production time.
An example of an expensive type would be the thieves backpacks.

Ingredient amounts are set to be as close to the product value as possible, and then 20% of the material cost is removed.
Expensive versions of existing types have their material costs multiplied by 2.5 to the closest integer rounded down.
Special exceptions where I see fit, but this is the general guideline.
