Wonder Flowers

Imagine a wonderful world, where the flowers talk to you like you're an Italian plumber. Imagine them criticizing your every move, every choice, and your mere existence.

Well, imagine no longer! Wonder Flowers have found their way in to your basement - and boy do they have a lot to say - living here in the basement without the bliss of sun has certainly effected their mood and they might not be as cheerful as they were in that other game .

Wonder Flowers can be found in most specialized rooms, often with room specific messages, and they are context aware of the room, items in them, actions taken, and players inventory.

There are currently over 1,000 custom messages.

As this mod is intended NOT to impact game play mechanics, the flowers will not provide collision for player, enemy, or tear entities - bombing them however can certainly give you some satisfaction.

If you have Mod Config Menu Pure, press L to access the configuration settings for this mod. In there you can change spawn rates on a room by room basis, audio and visual settings, as well as enabled "Shopkeeper" mode, which will spawn Shopkeepers instead of the Wonder Flower. If you have any mods that extend on the Shopkeepers (like Even More Shopkeepers) it will work with that seamlessly.
