Better 2D Unit Card Highlighting

This simple mod improves the 2D unit card highlighting, so that it is easier to see at a glance. When you mouse over the units the unit card background become brighter, and when you select the units they change to a blue-shift background lighting hue (to match the UI). Additionally, the autoresolve "dead" and "injured" red/yellow highlighting on the 2D unit cards will also be easier to see.

The original behavior just highlighted it when moused over, then highlighted it brighter when selected, and it made things very confusing to figure out who is highlighted, and who is actually selected - which is something you often need to know quickly.

NOTE: This mod only works with 2D unit cards (the stylized/themed 2D artwork versions of the unit cards that you can select in the options menu, seen in the same image above).

NOTE: This mod is a spin off from my Pharaoh Revised Mod, so if you are using that mod then you do not need this one (it is included there already).
