Mechineki Frackin Universe Patch REUPLOADED

Since the Original mod by Niner seemingly just dropped off the planet, I found the copy of the mod I had on my server still and thought I'd try to share it with those who still want to use it, at least until someone else dips in and makes a better version of it or if I get asked to take it down. With any luck this still works and wont cause too mant issues. This is version 1.1.9

Adds Frackin' Universe racial stats to MechiNeki by Saint Apollyon.\n\nStats:\n-30% Fire resistance\n-70% Electrical resistance\n30% Poison resistance\n-60% Fall damage\n\nPoison, Breathing, Gas, Poison immunities\n\nRobotic diet, 25% smaller stomachs.\nWhen fed, they gain a large speed and jump boost.\n\n6% Health regen\n\nWeaponry:\nEnergy: 15% Energy Weapon mastery, 3% crit, 25% energy regen\nFists: 10% Fist mastery\n\n---\n\nTy Apollyon for helping me decide on the stats lul\n\nMay make a mod that gives Mechineki a unique diet, being fed by charging at a powered station.
