Do you have a bug that all the dryad units (e.g. steel bulls) are recruitable in the basic citadel?

I checked mod files, they seem to be in order

I looked over the mod briefly, and it looks really good, definitely going to play with this a bunch now. Balance looks better in general, both for single player and especially for multiplayer.

hey before I bother to test did you take consideration that mixed factions that use efficiently multiple resources should not have as cheap rituals as those that dont use other resources well? druid, barbarian and trolls all use herbs but druid sucks at using money and iron. Is druid still most efficient herb user? same for warlock versus maharaja and knobolds? I do think that kobolds gem usage was mad but was this considered?
