Mos Pelgo [RE2]

Updated: Now includes many new deco blocks and effects. Added 3 Standard and 4 Basic Plasma Turbines. Currently able to idle at -111 W. 4 Enhanced Matter Transmitters allow excellent WiFi communication.

Made for 1.13.+ [REFORGED 2] class 10, level 20, Core 5, Star Wars style arid/barren/desert base. Has 2 Advanced constructors, 2 Small constructors, 1 Deconstructor, and 2 Furnaces. For storage there are 6 container controllers at 640k along with 28 color coded and speed sorted cargo boxes. For security there are 8 Sentrys, and 2 Flak. Teleporter included.

Powered with “alternative energy” having 24 solar panels and “ready” for 12 Wind Generators (as needed/desired) where the radioactive symbols are located throughout the base. Wind generators are currently forbidden in blueprints and must be added. Also ready for shield if needed/desired. Ready for 72 Growplots when ready.

NOTE 1: Wind generators only work in Reforged on temperate planets/moons, that are not too hot or cold, have a “breathable” atmosphere, and low radiation.

NOTE 2: This base would really really like the flattest sandy terrain possible. Uses the two darker bottom blocks for terrain variability placement.

The “Deco” blocks alone have mostly contributed 4 additional class sizes otherwise would be a medium class 6 build. Remove some excess deco for server compliance if needed.

This build was motivated by and designed around the work of Boba Brett the creator of “The Smuggler’s Oasis”. The layout, color palette, and general style are from this creation. Both of our creations are based on “Kakoonie” an unfinished POI by Salusdacor.

I have used several builds as “construction sets” and have added/re-introduced as many of the original buildings and stylings of Salusdacor’s creations including “Kator” all of which have been modified/re-styled to have a more industrial “Mos Pelgo” mining town look.

Hopefully, I wanted this build enough to appear more as a “sister city” rather than an exact copy of Boba Bretts creation. If not, I will continue working on this until it is unique.

Briefly known as Freetown, Mos Pelgo was a mining town located in the northern hemisphere of the planet Tatooine.
