Kaleido (me) did almost all custom textures, anything that had it's UV's off, or colors off, etc. Except for the faces and the 357 world-model. Niko did the 357 world-model to test a program I had recommended to him, Paint.net. He now uses it for all his mods. The face textures were first prototyped with simple hue shifts, to fix things like pink or green faces. Later, adjusted for hair and such. Then finally variety for the rebels, refugees and medics. Faces which didn't have variety were the prototype faces with scars, because niko was lazy. When sculpeysculptor joined the team, he took my existing faces and then edited them into the ones we know today, stylized to retail. You can see leftovers of this in Sandro and Ted. Ted has a marking outside of his visible texture which i used to match the skin tones, Sandro has something similar replacing the flat coloring on his HQ Leak model. Breen is the one i'm most proud of because not only is his HD counterpart the most clearly different, but he was the hardest to work with. He's an edit of Gman's Leak texture as in the leak Gman is MUCH more HD. Breen uses the same suit as Gman in retail as well, albeit edited similarly to this mod. But for whatever reason, he uses a different UVmap. The colors were also difficult to change.
