Tired of Having bad border gore around the world? want to set up personal borders? wanna change history and see what would happen?

state transfer tool allows you to change the owner of a state to whoever you want

i'm not the original modder of this mod but i've kept it upto date and working

there is just one problem because the construction hide some of the things that we want to use, for example the core.

Clicking "Mark State" doesn't seem to do anything

i cant find a way to get the province id for the mark tool, so probably not
