Hello, I do not think I'd have the skills to convert a HL2 Mod into a function Garry's Mod playermodel. (I also no longer have any of the tools required anymore for proper hitbox setup.) Sorry!

I don't know how to make NPC's i know there are other silent hill nurse PM's so you might be able to find one with NPC'S
