Greetings, class! Today's lesson: how to make... dramatic pause..... a Silent Hill Nurse zombie SNPC!

Step one: Download this!

Step two: Download the addon Lethal Necrotics Reanimated: Half-Life 2.

Step three: Launch your Gmod game!

Step four: Open the folder in the NPC spawn menu that says LNR Misc.

Step five: Click the "Random Playermodel Zombie" icon, which will randomly spawn one zombie SNPC based on the playermodels you've downloaded.

The final result: You try your (bad) luck in creating... ZOINKS!!! A Zombie Silent Hill Nurse SNPC! Open fire or run for your life!
