Slaanesh Steals Faction Leaders

This mod allows the Slaanesh faction to steal faction leaders through the confederation by capturing the last settlement of a faction.

This modification was created at the request of a user and was part of another mod, now individual parts of that mod will be released in case anyone wants to use them.
