Add 2 new skeleton subraces.

Drifter Skeleton:
- Can wear helmets
- 100 hp limbs & 150 hp chest
- 32 mph
- 0.3 Bleed Rate

Drifter Skeleton v2:
- Can wear helmets
- 150 hp limbs & 200 hp chest
- 32 mph
- 0,7 Bleed Rate

Do they spawn in the world as recruits? If not, is there a mod for that?

I made clothing (all slots) patch and made it work with EVA.

It would be cool to have a mod patch that unlocks all armor slots for this mod. Really nice mod

I like this for some reason, but I think it's pretty cool they can wear helmets, now that I look at it. I just use the unlock armor slots mod
