Oil Lantern to Explorer's Lantern

A simple mod that lets you craft the explorer's lantern with an oil lantern.

Needless explanation:

The explorer's lantern is an early game item, however,
it needs oil to be crafted,
which isn't always available on garden planets,
meaning you may not have access to the explorer's lantern or the lantern stick,
which can make underground exploration quite frustrating.

Oil lanterns on the other hand can be commonly found on garden planets,
notably in the dungeons that spawn on them.

I found it odd that you couldn't even use them to craft the lantern stick, hence the existence of this mod.
