Custom Natural Disasters

This addon allows disabling the pulsing on the sirens, plus adds solar panels on them.
it also allows more customization before entering the world. if you really want, you can set the disaster frequency to 0.1 of a minute. i also enabled a setting called "doomsday countdown" i have no idea what it does but its default is 15, so change it at your own risk lol.

i also changed the disaster frequency a little bit.
Whirlpools have the same chance to spawn as volcanoes, meteors have a slight boost in chance to spawn, and so does tornadoes.

IMPORTANT:
in order to use this addon you need to disable the default disaster addon, and the custom addon has to be enabled when the world generates. it cannot be added after a world has initially generated


update:added the option to enable or disable siren pulsing. also added SuperTornadoes and MegaTornadoes, fixed dev commands that were hidden (?disaster "name of disaster") and allowed the frequency slider to go all the way to 120 instead of 60 for those who want disasters, but not many
