Cpt. Vul Costume and Things

I was listening to the Kirby Super Star Ultra OST and my ADHD sent me into one of those dwarvish strange moods. The result is this.

Avians can now select a new beak type, a new fluff type, a new color scheme based off of Vul, captain of the Halberd.
Also adds a cap and uniform attempting to replicate Cpt. Vul's cap and uniform.

The two costume items are automatically unlocked for avians. They are crafted at the upgraded spinning wheel (sewing machine).

If for some reason you are not playing avian but want to craft these items, they will be unlocked by picking them up, so a friend who is can give you the recipe.

If you want to spawn in the items, these are the IDs:
vulhathead
vuluniformchest

I don't even play as avian IDK why I made this.
