Unranked Subjects + All Subjects Change Color

Exactly what it says on the tin: this is a compatibility/combination mod for All Subjects Change Colors and Unranked Subject.

Specifically, this merges the subject types definitions so that they have the rank restrictions on overlord & subject countries removed as Unranked Subject does while also making all subjects change color as All Subjects Change Colors does.

Additionally, it changes the Subjugate interaction for Sovereign Empire blocs to allow the subjugation of major powers in the bloc. If the bloc leader tries to subjugate a major power in this manner, they will incur an infamy penalty similar to the infamy cost of the "Demand Protectorate" demand for that country. The AI will not use this capability to avoid risking any bizarre situations. Other subjugation requirements still apply.

Because both source mods only changed the same, one file, this mod also changes that one file. As a result, this mod actually runs standalone.

If you still have All Subjects Change Color and/or Unranked Subject in your playset, please either remove them or make sure that this mod is placed below both of them in your playset (towards the bottom).
