Nerf the V.O.I.D.

Nerfs the VOID-tech faction and the monsters that come with it to a manageable degree that could possibly be defeated by vanilla - yet, keeping them that bit stronger than Vanilla regardless in order to reward careful preparation tactics over raw stat power.

The main changes:

1. Most N4-Infected stats have been considerably reduced, including armor, speed and heat resistance. Finally, your laser guns get to shine!
   
2. VOID reactive armor itself isn't weakened, but the speedsuit's buff is lowered and the armor's shield bubble has reduced health and recharge rate.
   
3. Nearly all VOID implants have been nerfed to the ground in regards to stat bonuses, especially Consciousness.
   
4. VOID's Dusk firearms damage is halved, from a whopping 40 down to 20 - aswell as reducing their armor penetration from 80% to below 30%.
   
5. VOID melee damage slightly reduced, nothing else.
   
6. N4 Infected monsters will feel pain. Nerotonin 4's painkiller effect is dulled from 0% to 50% pain sensitivity.
   
7. N4 Infected monsters are flammable. Heat armor has been drastically reduced.

What isn't changed:

• VOID base generation.
  
• N4 Infected health values.
  
• Planetkiller spawning.
  
• VOID solar flare events.

Not CE compatible. I'd do it if I had time.
