Designed to assist ships to maneuver and mooring, she is extremely maneuverable, fitted with z drive system, firefighting systems and diesel electric powering

- STARTUP -

Go to engine room, go to generator control panel (middle engine)
turn the fuel and cooling pumps on
press start generator

go back to the power panel (close to the door) and tur generator charging battery mode, only choose transfer load to generator in emergency

at the back of the room turn the 2 fuel pump and the cooling pump

open the air valve (next of each main engine)

in each main engine press prelub button until the orange light goes out

press start engine and done!


- STEERING -

The tug is equipped with independent 360 z drive control, so the ws ad key controls rotation and throttle of the port thruster and the up down left right keys controls rotation and throttle of starboard thruster

Thrusters "sea mode" - rotates the thusters 5 degrees at time

thusters "sync rotation" syncs rotation of both thrusters ( control with a/d keys)

thrusters "sync throttle" syncs throttle of both thrusters (control with w/s keys)

If you decide to build a tug with Voith Schneider propellers I can recommend the VB Bremen as a Design / example

In particular, if you know how to use azimuth thrusters correctly, it is possible to perform "real" maneuvers such as traversing

I absoloutly love this vessel, especially the way you control the azimuth thrusters! I beg you to create a ferry which features similar controls, for example the Hamburg harbour ferries. If you wanna stick to thrusters, you can also try to maybe get into Voith Schneider propellers! Thank you for uploading this amazing creation!
