My Better Gameplay Mod (English/French)

Change :
- Xp division design cost reduced : 2 brigade / 4 support / 8 category
- Docks & Factory production x2
- Unit base attrition 1% (from 0%)
- Training attrition 4% (from 5%)
- Fuel conso divided by 2
- Army xp gain in fight x2
- Field Marshal xp ratio 0.5 (from 0.3)
- Base capture equipment ratio 2% (from 0)
- Carrier Stack Penalty if more than 8 in battle (from 4)
- Air supply don't use command power
- Air supply x5
- Paradrop base organistion 60% (from 40%)
- Manpower from non core 10% (from 2%)
- Warscore factor are rebuild for better logic
- Aa damage from light dp and medium dp ships modules is cap to 50% of their light damage (1 minimum value)
- Up max land/air/naval xp till 999 (from 500)
- Naval Anti Air Targetting to Chance / Attack to Amount value down to lands units value
- Bonus factor for each dug-in level reduced by 20%
- Max pp to 999
- Naval prod line to 10 slot
- Change value of speed 2/3
- Lost war support decay x2
- Max reduced war support by bombing/loss/convoy divided by 2
- Air Transport range up to 2k/3k/4k
- Liscense cost reduced : 35% IC cost equipment for every year of equipment after 1936 (from 100%)
- XP cost for upgrading licensed equipment down to 100% (from 200%)
- KR 50 Max Factory included and modified for work with this mod and KR Free Trade Rework
- Manpower cost for plane divided by 20 (1/2/4 in place of 20/40/80)
- Pride of the fleet cost reduce from 100 to 50
- Add Advanced/Modern Small cannon (at41-arty42/at43)
- Add Advanced Medium cannon (at43)
- Add Super Heavy Howitzer cannon (arty43)
- Add Demolition gun: Heavy Hotwitzer Cannon (engeener45)
- Add a 6th support companies slot
