=> Nuclear Reactor special project give +30% ressources/monthly population growth +60% base max slot (for let the ai free slot to build them)

=> ai difficulty boost doesn't include reduced attrition and supply and ai boost max land prod is up from +30% to +40% (as for dockyard)
