This is not a simple plane!

STOL MEDEVAC
This particular OT-33 "Special" is a MEDEVAC adaptation of the popular airliner, featured in the (fictional) documentary Heart-Lifting which follows the aircrew of the converted OT-33 operated by the non-profit organization "Heart-Lifters". It is frequently deployed to disaster-stricken communities where it makes use of its STOL capabilities and the cargo bay-turned-infirmary. The upgrades include: storage in the cargo bay, a sectioned-off infirmary, a small pulley gantry crane, and a larger left cargo door.
