描述
This mod basically does the same thing as Scaling Diplomatic Range, except instead of using positive modifiers, this one uses negative ones. Meaning you can use whichever diplomatic range game rule you want. Basically emperors get the full range while everyone else get lower ranges (see below).

Emperors: No modifier (100% of full range)
Kings: -20% modifier (80% of full range)
Dukes: -40% modifier (60% of full range)
Counts: -60% modifier (40% of full range)
Barons: -80% modifier (20% of full range)
Unlanded: -90% modifier (10% of full range)

You may want to add some icons to the modifiers and possibly some localization to them since the latest update to the game made modifiers much more prominent in the UI

playing Iceland as the Duke of Island and i can't even contact the Faereyjar Islands because they're outside of my diplo range. Wtf?

@Sam² It affects all characters, which includes AI characters, so yes.

First of, the base values for the game rules:

SDR Limited = 350
Vanilla Limited = 750
Vanilla Standard = 1000

In comparison to Scaling Diplomatic Range, if you're using the limited diplomatic range game rule:

Counts have slightly less range (300 compared to 350 )
Dukes have less range (450 vs 525)
Kings have nearly indistinguisable range (600 vs 612.5)
Emperors have more range ( 750 vs 700)

Using the standard diplomatic range game rule (usually not recommended for Scaling Diplomatic Range):

Counts have less than half the range (400 compared to 1000 )
Dukes have less than half the range (600 compared to 1500)
Kings have less than half the range (800 compared to 1750)
Emperors have exactly half the range ( 1000 compared to 2000)
