Slower Technology Speed

This mod changes the technology cost multiplier in the following two speed modes:

● In Slow: to 2.0 (from 1.5)
● In Endless: to 3.0 (from 2.0)

Moreover, the VIP/ENC pollution limits are increased by a similar factor.

It's best to play this without a turn limit.

You can combine it with my Era Star Overhaul mod to get slower era progression, while making technology a significant, though difficult driver of progress.

It should be compatible with all other mods, except speed mods, if placed afterwards in the mod order. VIP and ENC (with compatibility patch) are recommended.
