Upgrade All Map Tools

描述
mod增加了五个新工具，允许玩家升级地图上的所有建筑。
第一套工具由两个工具组成：
-生成以升级选取器工具
-升级所有挑选的建筑工具
“建筑升级选取器工具”允许玩家选择要升级的建筑类型。
“升级所有选定的建筑工具”允许玩家升级地图上选定类型的所有建筑。
第二套工具由两个工具组成：
-构建类别以升级选取器工具
-升级升级类别工具的所有建筑
“建筑类别升级选取器工具”允许玩家选择要升级的建筑类别。
“升级所有类别建筑工具”允许玩家升级地图上所选类别的所有建筑。
第五个工具是升级所有建筑工具。
“升级所有建筑工具”允许玩家升级地图上的所有建筑。
使用选取器工具时，可以升级的建筑将以黄色突出显示。
警告这三种工具都不会使总部升级。

Apparently, if the building is not close to the player, then the components on the Client are not fully synchronized with the Server.
