Toxicplains Fix

This patch fixes the error that occurs when placing the Toxicplains microdungeon.

What it does is simply replacing the missing Toxicfly spawn with a Growfly.

Although present in the vanilla game files, Toxicplains normally don't spawn, so you may not need this patch, unless you're using a mod that directly references this microdungeon without addressing the issue.

An example of bugged mod that benefits from this patch is Legacy Biomes. If you use that mod, this fix is a must.
