Volvo VNL 2018 Improved Dashboard

描述
This mod improves Volvo VNL 2018 Dashboard:

- added retarder icon;
- added cruise control memory icon;
- added remaining fuel/adblue in tank percent;
- added ETA (estimated time to arrival) indicator, hidden when time is not available (no delivery, no navigation etc.);
- fixes and improvements.

Phil747, because the Sherman modification has its own dashboard. Prioritize my mod over the Sherman's and everything will work.

fyi this mod doesnt work with sherman's vnl interiors pack, would be great if the two could be made compatible
