Job - Warsmith

Adds the Warsmith job, a potent support whose buffs scale up over the duration.

The core mechanic for this job is the three buffs it can fire: Temper Body, Mind, and Soul. Those abilities apply stat buffs to your character that scale over the course of three turns, going from 15%, to 30%, to 60%. Proper timing is key. In addition, it has some other useful buffs and powerful passives, as well as 'Radiant Forge' which grants you empowered Forge skills. All of the Warsmith's skills cost HP in return, meaning to take advantage of the buffs you'll need self-sustain. My goal was to create a diverse suite of buffs that make you think in advance with how best to use them.

This job is not considered a starting job. To unlock it, you'll need to find the Cinnamon crystal. Additionally, this job has a job master and everything that includes.

Crystal location - Beaurior Volcano, dungeon entrance
Master location - Tall Tall Heights, in the armorsmith's house by the shrine.

Skills:

1) Strike the Anvil: High damage cooldown-based attack that heals you
2) Temper Body: Increases STR/VIT by 15/30/60%
3) Temper Mind: Increases MND/SPI by 15/30/60%
4) Temper Soul: Increeds SPD/LCK by 15/30/60%
5) Forge Flamestaff: Replaces Attack on a party member with a physical damage fire attack that scales heavily with MND
6) Forge Flameblade: Replaces Attack on a party member with a magical damage fire spell that scales heavily with STR
7) Forge Flameshield: Replaces Attack on a party member with a physical damage attack that ignores defense and scales heavily with defensive stats.
8) Quench: Clears all debuffs on target
9) Furnace: Dual-cast Forge skills
10) Harden: Reduce damage taken for a short duration
11) Reforge Mana: Deals 50% max mana damage, then restores 50% max mana on following turn
12) Reforge Health: Deals 50% of current HP, then restores 50% max HP on following turn
13) Radiant Forge: Long cooldown skill that temporarily replaces subjob with 'Radiant Forge', allowing for empowered Forge skills.

Passives:
1) Deconstruct: Automatically swings with a low damage attack that causes enemies to take 5% more damage.
2) Steelskin: Reduces damage taken
3) Limitless Resolve: Limits max damage taken to 999

-Mechanical testing release. Numbers are not tuned, so this will be either completely broken or completely worthless. Job mechanics mostly work, so this is to ensure that it's fun and how it interacts with other jobs.

Updated Limitless Resolve to require 4PP
Updated Strike the Anvil and Break the Anvil to instead apply a buff that heals rather than reverse damage. Buffed values to account for taking place at next turn.

Updated to newest version of Crystal Edit and using ResetSubJob. This will allow Radiant Forge to replace your subjob without being permanent.
