Additional Boss: Pinga

I wasn't doing a random run and it replaced mobs in the area east of capital Sequoia

When using this and random runs, somehow it ends up being placed in low-level areas. Not sure if it's due to the mod not fully describing the boss as a boss, or if there's some other issue with the randomization.

For reference, I only used "scaled" randomizations, and twice in a row with different seeds it ended up in the same area (early game, under the bridge where the mobs flee from you, where th bridge leads to the library, not sure how to be describe the location).
