Adds Sampo Koski's hair and outfit from Honkai: Star Rail! I apologize if the sprites don't look the best, I didn't have a lot of energy for spriting.

The outfit pieces cost 1 Fabric at the Spinning Wheel each. His knife requires 20 Titanium Bars and Solarium Stars, 10 Refined, Aegisalt, Ferozium, Violium, and 5 Diamonds at the Replicator.

Would it be possible to make a Boomerang version of the Daggers, as well? Also, glad that the first Star Rail character outfit I find here is mah boi Sampo Koski. <3
