For every powerful vassal or elector that is disloyal or in a faction (without a strong hook) the cost to pass a law is generally increased by 100% (after all other modifiers)
Changes it so religion is not railroaded into reformed religions (no railroaded spread of christianity) instead this 'family' character faith conversion event is dynamic and works based on religion doctrine (plurality)
The purpose being overall for a vanilla friendly megacampaign with much more plausibility but 100% dynamic and 0% railroaded. But each mod also serving to increase the historicity of each game individually.
