The rifle is a Ghost Template, wich means you cant get it in game, you can use XSkin to use this weapon, just remember to turn off the OWNED filter in the bottom right corner of the reskin menu if you want to use as a skin

Say what does the Mechtoid rifle fire? Does it fire the green plasma from the TLP’s plasma weapons?

it's only available for the Tier 3 armor if your not using Unrestricted Customization
(found that out with the MEC Troopers)

Is it possible to make the outfit available for all of the base game spark armor type's for those who don't use Unrestricted Customization? ^^;;
(and maybe the Spark Ruler armor as well? ^^;;)
