yes because its just because it uses the same vmts but i made it without shine in dark areas

It's not compatible with the prop fix and the TLS skin fix; should I ignore the incompatibility?

yeah you should download the recommendations but if you want not the refined css weapons they're optional. also this only uses the vmts and they only take up like 1 kb so thats why its so low on the file size :)
