Get Students and Archivists While Researching

dwarves get both. Lords can get archivists. Heroes can get students and archivists. Cool program on github https://cpecific.github.io/twwh2_ancillary/warhammer_3.html which gives details on all the ancillaries.

Are you even supposed to be able to get students and archivists on the same race? I usually play factions that don't get either so I'm unfamiliar with some of the rules (remember I didn't make this mod, I just published it and try to maintain it when I can).

Oh my gosh, I didn't expect you to read this for like a year. I did get an archivist today. When there was 1 turn left on the research - a lord got it. I do think that's the correct timing for normal archivists occurring. And thank you so much for responding.

That's likely a bug then. I will put it on my list. No ETA I'm overwhelmed irl.

I've only been running this mod and a map lightning mod. I've ranked up Belegar to level 28, and a few other Lords into teens. I have zero archivists, but around 15 students. That doesn't seem correct. It would be incredibly bad luck to have never gotten an archivist. Though to be certain the students have been helpful.

Updated mod, it should work again. Let me know if you see any issues as I play High Elves so I never get Students. =)

I've unlisted the mod for now. Nakhthorheb is not modding at this time and I'm not sure I know what to do to fix the mod. I'll leave it on the workshop in case I can actually get adhd meds and dig into the code.
