1. Decrease the amount of power your engine generates - the more power your engine generates, the more the RPS will jitter. Consider using a more lean AFR, lower engine RPS, decrease cylinders, etc.
2. Place a dial onto your creation, read, at whatever clutch value your RPS jitters, and use a clamp on the clutch at 0.02 or 0.05 clutch lower should solve the issue. Since you're limiting your clutch- you can then increase the gear ratio toward your engine and it shouldn't jitter since it's clamped at where it used to jitter.
3. Go into the Clutch Controller and manually set the minimum value to a negative number. The clutch controller will still work and should resolve your issue. If it doesn't fix it consider using a different clutch.
