An improved version of the default Goober, this one has more tech, like silly unreliable instruments that display charge and fuel, as well as speed sensors, a hand crank powering the propellers which are ultimately futile, and a gearbox you'll never use if you need more torque to tow a boat - which will end horribly since you'll capsize.

This leads to a unique process known as "Goofing" where the first Goober runs out of fuel, and you need to send another Goober to tow it, which is doomed from the start thanks to the horrible design, causing it to capsize - forcing you to send another Goober to tow the capsized goober...

at least its reliability is world-class, for its price, a trait given to another fairly inexpensive vessel in another game featuring water and vessels that move in it.
