Start and Finish Line for the famous Tour d'Cities Skylines bicycle race — sponsored by Blue Cow Energy Drink (“Blue Cow Makes You Moo-oove!”)*

Functions as a ParkLife DLC Sightseeing Bus Depot.

Dirt and paved versions. Both have copious crowd hangouts so should be full of people (not pictured due to my lack of patience).

Use MoveIt! to rotate and position after placing, then connect to road network.

Select "Peloton" as the model for the sightseeing bus line.

Uses Campus DLC barriers (not strictly necessary if you do not have the DLC).

Also uses Sears Simplex Outhouse props by Bungalow Man (as port-a-potties) and golf course flags by Leo Mystic Magic (for embellishment).

*clearly this is udderly made-up and not, in any way, parodying any irl "energy drink".
