Sears Simplex Outhouse

With two comfortable, well finished seats, one for adults, one for children, your Cims will absolutely love pooping here! This would have been offered in the regular Sears catalog, not the Modern Homes catalog. While not specifically an April Fool's joke, I've been sitting on this one for a while (no pun intended) and thought it would be funny to release it on April 1st.
