[New version in the description!] The Performance Mod [Obsolete]

This mod is designed to make the game run faster without removing huge portions of the map. AI divsion limiter and The Spot Optimization Mod is included.

• Generic Focus tree has no focues, meaning that all nations with generic focus trees are pretty much unplayable but this is very signifcant for performance.
  
• Neutral nations have no research slots. (These nations are all South American nations, Liberia, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, Nepal and Bhutan).
  
• AI division limiter mod is included so don't run this mod with it.
  
• Neutral nations have division training, template modification completely disabled (Like Spain before civil war), which should significantly reduce lag.
  
• The Spot Optimization Mod is included, it changes some defines and weather effects making the game lag less, especially in multiplayer.
