Simple Graphics Overhaul (SGO) Dark Mode

I've made the decision to stop developing SGO, its addons and my other Victory 3 mods. I just don't play the game anymore and lost interest in maintaining my mods.

Main mod
This is a standalone mod based on the original SGO mod with darker water (paper and nonpaper) and tweaked settings to make land a bit darker too (including decentralized states).

Post processing effects such as the border fog has been lowered significantly in this version.

The paper map no longer has features such as text for the various oceans and such, please let me know if you want me to reincorporate these features (could be a challenge, but I will try). I struggled to include it in the new paper map, I also found that all the text and drawn graphics made it hard to see small islands in the Pacific, so I opted to remove the text altogether.

An idea for the mod is to also make the sea lane texture darker (or add some transparency to it), please let me know if this is something that I should implement! Let me know if you have any ideas for the mod too!

Note about the new textures in this mod:
Many of the texture files in Victoria 3 are DDS files, but they aren't compressed (according to my image viewing software), which I'm not sure how to achieve. So all the textures in this mod use DXT5 compression (even those that don't necessarily need a high bit alpha channel). I tried making the textures use a more modern method (BC7) however that made the textures glitch in-game. So while the texture counterparts in this mod are smaller, they are also compressed unlike their vanilla counterparts.
