Sports Car is Less Useless

Makes the Sports Car less useless by changing its movement code.

In the Vanilla game, the Sports Car is slower than hoverbikes, the hover height is too low, and you can't even jump.

Although it's a really nice looking vehicle, it ends up being useless.

With this mod, the Sports Car is on par with hoverbikes.

Now you can finally explore the universe in style!
