Hoverbikes Hover Over Liquids (Perma Hover)

Allows hoverbikes to hover over liquids, reduces bouncing from falling, and makes underwater movement less UNrealistic.

I've done two versions of this mod, each with a different idea as to how hoverbikes should behave when not in use.


In this version, hoverbikes will always hover, even when not in use - they will hover even if you stop riding them above water.

If you would like to have hoverbikes that do not hover permanently, grab the Standard version instead.

* What this means for Perma Hover version:
Although hoverbikes won't sink even if you stop using them above water, you can still explore oceans if you summon them underwater. However, if you are not too deep into water, the hoverbike will find its way up. This is to simulate that hoverbikes are potent enough to hover their way out of shallow water


Q: What's the difference between this mod and Better Hoverbikes ?
A: Both mods have different implementations. Although a great mod, Better Hoverbikes doesn't handle jumping on liquids well. Also, they assume hoverbikes should float on water, while my mod assumes hoverbikes are denser than water. I also introduced new underwater behavior. Now, hoverbikes actually experience some water drag.
