Upgrade to visuals, including topbar and events.
Now includes an initial attempt at adding Freemasonry (mostly as a background noise and for historical context)
'Oppose Cult' diplo action is now fixed.
Looks like v1.9.2 has stabilised the economies of minor nations, inc New England, which now isn't a complete economic basket-case.
Not sure if it'll be any better in v1.9 with the new World Market.
Have got a version for v1.9 provisionally working, but the entire world economy seems a bit off-kilter, at least for the 10 years I ran it for.
Might need to see what we can do with the new Treaty system to give things a boost.
This release was just a clean up ready for v1.9 so not much has noticeably changed.
