It just disappears, I don’t know where, probably into a subspace of the universe
I figured out what happened:

The game code states that if the planet contains an atmosphere, then the radiator does not work as expected.
If you build a radiator on a planet with no atmosphere or in space, it will work.
So, on planets with an atmosphere, you can only heat.
Is the radiator extended? The pressure in the chamber must be 0 (auto).
Maximum (effective) (no fairy magic) cooling around 183.15K (-90C). The heat transfer efficiency depends on the temperature difference. With a large temperature difference, it can transmit heat in the region of 1MJ. Yes, it equalizes the temperature between the two heat exchangers, but how else? If you want to store gas at a low temperature, set -90 and wait. The device is universal for cooling / heating, the main functionality is to maintain the temperature at the required value. If you want to cool 100 kmol of gas in 10 seconds, it will take hundreds of MJ (Which doesn't make much sense.)
