About
This mod introduces a new oil refinery building to the game, new goods and increases the amount of oil reserves. This gives players more opportunities to exploit this valuable resource. With these additions, the gameplay experience becomes more nuanced and strategic, with greater possibilities for growth and expansion.

Please note I am not an expert on oil processing or modding. If something is wrong, let me know.

For some reason a bunch of states in France and one In Prussia are empty meaning that there is literally nothing there. It's like they're some kind of void, and even when I go into debug mode I cant manually give them back to their countries. It's only with this mod that I'm seeing this issue.

@Heinsenberg You are right, bad modding on my part. I went through and fixed it all so it should work now. Let me know if it doesn't

Why do you override the vanilla file just to change a few productions methods? I created a local mod with just the pm_oil-fired_plant definition and a custom name and it overrides the vanilla method perfectly. The victoria tweaks mod does the same thing. I feel I'm missing something obvious here.

Yes, I checked the files as well. It conflicts with the victoria tweaks mod.
